April's meeting introduced us to Bhangra Blaze which is a form of Indian dancing.
Our March meeting was a tour of Trent College led by the knowledgable David. Here are some photos of our tour.
Our February meeting concentrated on the WI Resolutions. Ann gave us an update on this year's Resolution 'Clean Rivers for People and Wildlife' and Laura gave an overview of the Resolutions put forward for this coming year.

Our first meeting of the year concentrated on Wellness. Our member Roxanne talked about mental health and wellness leaving us all ready to face the New Year positively.
- Physical: Nourishing a healthy body through exercise, nutrition, sleep, etc.
- Mental: Engaging the world through learning, problem-solving, creativity, etc.
- Emotional: Being aware of, accepting and expressing our feelings, and understanding the feelings of others.
- Spiritual: Searching for meaning and higher purpose in human existence.
- Social: Connecting and engaging with others and our communities in meaningful ways.
- Environmental: Fostering positive interrelationships between planetary health and human actions, choices and wellbeing.
